I laughed so hard when the doctor’s told me that the physical pain I was feeling might be a result of stress and anxiety!
I’m a wife, mom of two teenage boy’s, a full time employee in accounting, I saw a personal trainer, went to yoga 3 times a week and saw a chiropractor weekly as a result of back injuries from several car accidents over the last 20+ years.
I’m not stressed!?!? Insert laughing emoji here, haha!
With the support of my amazing husband, kids, family, friends and the guidance of an incredible holistic therapist I inevitably left my job and started to study all of the aspects of yoga, meditation and breath work (mind, body and soul).
I received my 200hr teaching certificate in June 2018 and have been slowly building my confidence. I am now ready to share yoga and mindfulness across all demographics through a wide variety of settings and guide everyone I work with to Just Breathe… again…
As well as programs that integrate breathing, meditation, yoga and hypnosis for relaxation.
