Intro to Chakra Balancing
Join Jenn Steele in exploring and balancing the Chakra System and learn how it is related to Yoga and Mindfulness.
Chakras are much like anatomy describing the body through the bones, muscles and organs.
They describe the structure of the soul through seven subtle energy centers shining out from our core.
When your chakras are in tune with each other our physical, mental and spiritual selves are working for optimum health and wellbeing.
When any one of them is sluggish, shut down or it’s vibration is weak, the imbalance can show up as a physical symptom affecting a particular area of your body, or alternatively as an emotional or psychological symptom affecting your outlook on life.
In this 2 hour workshop we will begin with the basic functions and characteristics of the chakras.
A guided meditation with aromatherapy will awaken your senses and calm your spirit.
Followed by a movement journey through each of the 7 main chakras
with a slow deep yoga flow and a light aromatherapy massage to help stimulate and balance each one.
This workshop is suitable for all levels.
